Missing image
inhale yesterday
take what you need

exhale regret
let go of what is not good

all you have to be
is the animal and the child
of your spirit

look around, you are
as strong
as the eagle that calls
upon your wisdom

weightless
as the lily pads
that bloom so lovely
like your soul

the rain, sings
your rhythm of peace

the swans, that mate for life
they are a promise

and me
I feel and see it all as well

all of these
and everything else
it is your family

we are never alone
