Echoing with painful tears
I see life pass by
Whispers of deceits
Heart drops 21 stories
Sitting on the cold grounds
On a night to remember
Foolish games of memories seeking
Keepsake gift from the past
For now it’s that time
Present can’t find way to the future
Feelings are tangled in knots
Night brings drunkard misery
From the shadows beneath
Unforgiving moment in life unveils
Rising above the oceans of darkness
Ears hear the tick-tock, tick-tock from clock
Eyes wander to see around
To reveal the answer now
Guide me winds to the world
From behind gray clouds
Smiles back at me
A glimpse of heaven hidden on this earth
Simply because God’s truth doesn’t shift like the wind
Through the cool warm mist
Mind takes a walk on the prairies
Little longer it wishes to stay
What can I say
But hope lingers on
Of finding love again
Sun shines through clouds

Well, what have we here? Another wonderful and fantastic read! That is what we have! You did a great job on this one! I love it! And well since there are a few here that have called me the Cento Queen, I guess I have the right to say, that for the first attempt, You did a lot better than my first one!
