Sitting out my window
on the brink of a fairytale
I sit reading my diary
adventures to regale.
The world is bright and beautiful
with so many surprises in store
to reach out and touch the stars
to dream and ask for more.
The world awaits before me
I have captured its very heart
wrapped around my finger
bend to my will right from the start.

Hi, this is Sarah and I am 9. I think that this is really good and with some good details.

I think it is very whimsical...i can just feel the colors of the outside dancing around as i read this. The images this poem gives are very simple yet impactful. I loved this poem it was simple but it just glowed with wide-eyed beauty....never stop writting...it was truely enchanting...scars.
