Seven Pieces

And in my head it’s all I see,
Nothing to do with fact, non-fiction
Or reality.
It’s a world I like to visit and
Let me tell you, it’s quite exquisite.
No one else really goes there but
Me and the other parts of my
Seven piece personality.

There’s Anastasia, she’s pretty
And also very witty.
I’d like to be her all the time
But sometimes she gets trapped
And falls behind.

There’s Violet and she’s got a temper
She’s blunt and very clever.
I like to bring her out a bit when
I’m lost and not sure of how to fit.

There’s Carmen and she’s kind of
Stuck up. I bring her out when
My lack of self confidence is
Pissing me off.

There’s Quinn and she’s really
Smart, not the prettiest but has
A really big heart. I bring her
Out for academic help when
I can’t do stuff myself.

There’s Teigan, she’s talkative
And kind of different. I bring
Her out when I want someone
To listen.

There’s Autumn and she’s kind
Of stupid. Her heads in the
Clouds and she’s really just
Useless.

There’s Anabelle and she’s been
Through a lot. Guys and girls
Think she’s pretty hot. She doesn’t
Really know how to say no
Or let her ugly past go.

And in my head it’s all I see,
everything to do with me.
