~ A perfect night, stolen from a dream.
Amidst The Drops of Falling Rain
The sky above with multitude of stars
I felt, the world was mine, that night was ours.
Where all is fine and the world is mine
The time, the sky, my tears and dreams,
Form a ring of roses
With pockets full of dreams
The sky would shift its crown And the blazing sun would take its flight.
A secret date, to the world unknown;
When in the sky there is only one, A single star with a silver glow,
That Winter's sky, it calls its own, Ruling the night and the wind in blow
Before the first star of night time shines
Somewhere between the dusk and dawn
When golden swans are said to fly
And mermaids rush to hide..
I gathered my dreams
In a packet made from the finest silk
And nature sighs, as the breeze moves slow
Leaving a rustle on the leaves,
A shimmer from the horizon low, Almost touching the seas..
My Goal Is The Sky, My Aim, The Star.....
I'll borrow the gleams, from the full moon high
To adorn the face, of my delicate dreams.
A drop of tear from her eyelids gaze
~ it was a stolen page, from her dearest dreams....
I strolled through the pages, I turned them slow -
Verses I weaved with music, long before..
The Shade For Which The Rainbows Yearned
She sighs and shines, in shyness smiles.
Secrets Whispered into the Depth of Shells
Irish lakes.. Pretty butterflies on white snow flakes
Sweet sweet dreams..
Secret Hidden in The Silver Streams
The music played was Elysian's own
Like The Distilled Drop of Delicate Dew
I could see them all, in my land of dreams
With joy, we move and swing and sway
While silent orchestras gently play..
Let my castle shine by the night, decorations dazzling bright;
'Tis here that I shall be crowned queen and watch the mystic scene
Of seas and waves by new moon's light
If my lashes could speak, they would say
"Its cold and freezing, dont drench me wet each day..'
What set the skies to weep..
I wonder, as the first drop of rain stirs me,
Is it the stars, the moon or clouds in sleep
Or their unsaid love for the distant sea?
Of her long lapis skirt, swaying by; As she sings her song, her tear stained eye,
Wayward thoughts flying high, In solitude beneath the azure sky.
A rolling drop of frozen tear,
a single pearl kissed her cheek
Daughter of the seas or skies, who could say
A passing child, with awe might say
'She's like that fairy, escaped from tales..'
Once in springtime, she strolls, they say
When the skies turn pink, she walks that way..

I see that you like to write about dreams and the sky, moon and stars. The moon is one of my favorite subjects too.
The Shade For Which The Rainbows Yearned... this is one of the best lines I have read yet.
Thank you for entering.
