Choose Life

All of us need to choose life. I had seen so many choose death. Though we may be physically alive. Our souls are dying slowly. We’re killing each other one by one. So many spirits are breaking by hurtful words. There is too much sorrow in this world. The light in some of us is growing dim. Though some may not show it, they’re hurting inside. We’re judging one another. We’re forgetting we all make mistakes. Harsh words can feel like sharp daggers being thrown to our hearts. We’re lashing at each other accomplishing nothing. Everyday another person is building another wall. We don’t take time to think about our consequences of our actions. We’re always fighting with each other. We’re betraying each other. We’re turning on each other. We’re putting each other down. Some of us are crying silently. We’re causing pain to each other. We’re blaming things on one another. We’re at each other’s throat. We’re finding reason to stop trusting each other. We’re insulting each other. We’re putting on shield we shouldn’t have to. They way we’re behaving isn’t healthy. It’ll lead us being alone one day. We’ll only feel sad and empty. Make this the day to choose love and life.
