This life has been a hard one to face
Trials and tribulations spread all over the place
For one thing holds true within us all
There is someone out there who loves us all
Life is a blessing to live without regret
Life holds many lessons never forget
Cherish the good times learn from the bad

People can be cruel at times yes this is true
Yet never forget that the power lays within you
Love and forgiveness is always the key
Never dwell in the sad memories

For it cleanses the soul and the heart within you
