Seasons

Trembling hand clutched bulb,
carefully pushed into a planter
growing pansies.

Pulled robe about herself,
wondered back inside.
death came in sleep
deep in wintertime.

Lover found the tulip,
as Spring came softly in,
warm,red
bending with the wind.
knelt beside the planter
showered love with tears.

Touch me back.

I love the image of pulling the wrap around herself and the lover at the planter, you have as always some very vivid images in your poetry.
