Mothers are your greatest friend
They’ll be there when you fall
Through thick and thin, through right and wrong
They’ll be there through it all.
She cleans and cooks your dinner,
She washes all your clothes
She helps you with your homework
She comforts all your woes.
A mom can be your enemy,
But only for a while
An argument can make her cry
But her love goes on for miles.
A mother watches out for you
She’ll kiss you when you hurt
She does all that she needs to do
To make the pain disperse.
A mother’s love is endless,
Her care just knows no end
These reasons and more are why I say
“My mom is my best friend.”
Author notes

This poem is beautiful I'm sure she loved it. It's true Mothers can be your best friend and if there's an argument it blows over. A mothers love is everlasting. I love the flow and structure of this piece. Well done.
