is what I' m here to say,
You have to be bad to be good,
if you want to play -
with the handsome captain,
of 'The Little Star'
You have to be bad to be good,
no matter where you are.
You've got to be bad to be good,
DEEP down to the bone,
when you want to play,
with me or alone -
to feel the metaphysical,
beyond this world of stone,
and
to expand your consciousness,
until it's fully grown.
You have to be bad to be good,
but in a tantric way,
You have to be bad to be good,
each and every day.
Each and every day,
you have to be bad to be good,
is what I'm here to say,
until it's understood -
with your heart and soul,
with your body and your mind,
that every now and then,
you have to be cruel to be kind.

I get the feeling this is about what can be experienced beyond the physical, becoming completely open and aware to what lies beyond what we see the here and now becoming more spiritual, feeling and seeing with your heart and soul. Your ending is so true you do have to be cruel to be kind sometimes.
