In a dark room,
Lit by shadows,
We roam around,
Naked and reviled,
Hidden by blindfolds.
We circle in patterns,
Almost like dance,
Beautifully twirling,
Hardly touching,
Unaware of the other.
Swirling, swirling,
We pick up the soft sounds,
Of the soft feet prancing in beat,
The faint smell of hair,
A discovery is made.

I hear you and reach out to the dark,
Your extended hand meets mine,
We both pull away; gasping at the new,
The new we have found,
Slowly extending again.
Hands slowly explore,
Breathing slows and hearts speed,
Touching, feeling, more discoveries,
More grand discoveries,
Closer and closer.
I bend to kiss you,
On the forehead; my lips meet your blindfold,
I extend my hand behind your head,
Removing the blindfold,
As you do the same favor for me.

Our eyes adjust to the shadows,
You push me away;; forgetting everything,
Dancing quickly and frantically,
I look at your beautiful figure,
Brimming its curves in the darkness.
This is when I drop my blindfold to the ground,
I cannot forget you like you forgot me,
I look down at my body,
Shadows covered it softly,
But I could still see what I saw when I looked at you.
I moved my hands over my body,
It feels like yours,
Yet not as magnificent,
I don't understand why you ran,
I am scared with seeing.
I am scared with you seeing,
I place my blindfold over my eyes,
Never to remove it,
Until you realize yourself,
If you ever stop running away.
