mother spellbound and cast out by the sea,
the winter light teases the lantern
the scent of the waves in hues of amber
turned grey by the silver twilight
strong arms save me from going after he
this heart drowns in the noonday sun
she whispers to me blatantly
swallowed the salt tears down my throat
sipping green tea till I turn my back,
waiting for her to come back...
lost by the footsteps misleading in the sandbar
dunes echo without her dreaming
cannot swim to touch the moonlit horizon
she went under that last night of May
surrounded by our love, lost in the bay

I love the title! I'm assuming that the title came from the line in "Meadows Of Heaven"? As a fellow Nightwish fan, I can pick these things out
But you have done that one line such justice, as the imagery in here is epic, as is the song.
Well done
