I watch you sitting there
smoking the weed that you rolled
just an hour a go
I wait for you recognize
that you promised to spend
the day with me
but here you are on the
basement couch
eyes daze and laughing
at the imaginary joke
Do you see me crying
wanting you to come back
why do you this to me
when I asked you all those times
to quit
but nothing spoils your hallucination
so I walk the stairs to the door
leaving you behind
All I wanted
was a dad to be their for me
but all I got was a imagination
gone to rest
So smoke your weed, and kill your brain
I finally come to know
that you have made up your mind
and I will live my life
without a dad to walk me down the aisle
I love you
goodbye

wow this is good poem.. I like this a lot... sometime we have to let someone we love go.... sometime its the only way we can live our own lifes instead of living their life.... stay strong! keep it up!!
