THE SECRET GARDEN
Dear friend:
Is there a secret garden, hidden
far beyond my clueless realm?
Were poets gather secretly
to hone their creative skill.
I desire one magnetic rose
with picture perfect hues
gently brushed with dignity
lightly misted with prideful youth.
My snow white petals wither
just within my touch
anticipating words bestowed
with Passion, wisdom and lust.
Sadly what grew freely
within my fruitful soil
trickle down my fingertips, entangled
in simple childish thought
Is there a secret garden, where
poet's weave hypnotic spells?
Or must I prune away my dreams
and put my soil to rest.

This is Ashlee again...I was letting you know I have started another contest, this one is still Change the Earth's Rotation, but it's about "love" this time, and I was wondering if you would like to enter it or even collaborate with me on the judging and such?
I would be honored to have you do either thing...so...yea!
I haven't got time (and I'm not allowed) to spend hours judging poems, so it would be a really great thing if you could help me out.
