I have changed. I still believe in creative expression, I also believe that there are certain traditional structures which can be used creatively for writing these days. Strophes, I believe are still important, as a lot of modern poets still use them today, and they are being used quite well.
Aside from that, I'm Nick, in Manila, and 20 years old. I have been writing poetry since grade school, but I started taking it seriously when I was 15 years old. That was when I joined PUGAD, which is a literary club in my high school. When I was a freshman in college, I joined Heights, and I became an even more aspiring writer. But joining that club also help learn new ways to read poems.
I don't have much left to say, as I believe the highlight of this site would be my folio of poems. So, enjoy!

It has been quite a while since last I showed up on this site. For one thing, I was not quite happy that some people could not take criticism well. However, I have chosen to come back because of the people who liked my writing. Perhaps, I thought, I might give this a second chance. So, I will just say again that I am quite grateful to those who cared about what I write, and especially those who enjoyed these.
I am planning to begin writing again, after almost a year of depression.
