    Close your eyes. Imagine a scene so serene it makes your heart ache to know you aren't there. Trees blow in the gentle warm breeze, birds fly to unknown heights beyond pure white clouds that float with effortless grace. All around you is knee-high grass as green as a pure emerald, peircing and brilliant. Now put yourself there, and magically, I am there, too. What ever would I be doing with you in such a beautiful place at such a perfect moment?

    Oh, dear.. has anything happened since Stratford? I mean, Brendan's a good kid and I have no inherent problems with him, but he appears to be incredibly fickle when it comes to relationships.

    I'm applying to Northeastern University [again], Suffolk University and Lesley College. I'm hoping for either NEU or Suffolk.

    Oh, sheesh, Emma... Brendan? Haha. Just be careful, my dear.

    College is all right. I hate UMass Boston and am planning on transferring next fall, but other than that it's all good.

    I'm actually leaving for St. Louis tonight for a journalism conference, being associate news editor for the student paper and all. It's pretty cool. Missing two days of school, not having to pay for plane ticket or hotel... exciting.

    How's the senior year going?

    Aww.. the good ol' times. I have no art classes right now, so I feel a little deprived. :/ But, my boyfriend has been telling me that he hears people talking about "the big red one" [haha, in reference to my tile] in his Advanced Art class a lot. Haha. Hope AP Studio Art is going awesomely, and that you're enjoying your school year so far! I miss you guys! Tell Bryan I say hello!
